Flowmaster High School Drag Racing Program

Flowmaster® Launches 2008   Safe Streets High School Drag Racing Program

The Flowmaster “Safe Streets” High School Drag Racing Program at your local track is designed to reward youth racers across the country for their competitive spirit. High School drag racing is the best in grass roots competition, offering an affordable entry-level style of racing for young racers who want to race their daily driven cars and trucks.

Today, American drag strips are dedicated to not only providing competitive racing programs for locals, but offer a way of showing young people the proper and safe place to race; rather than on the streets. Over the years, many tracks have successfully promoted youth racing programs. Flowmaster has decided to help create new ones, or help existing programs with our first ever, Flowmaster “Safe Streets” High School Drag Racing Program in 2008.

The Flowmaster High School Drags will involve selected tracks reaching across the US, and provide special rewards to high school racers who win in weekly competition. Points will be earned by racing in a special Flowmaster sponsored competition conducted by your local track. All racers will receive a certificate acknowledging their participation in the series. Throughout the season, Flowmaster will reward the racers accomplishments. Weekly winners will receive a “Flowmaster Next Generation of Champions” T-shirt. Monthly, we will be awarding a $50 dollar gift certificate to the points leader in the series. These certificates can be combined throughout the year to redeem for higher value prizes. Lastly, at the year end, Flowmaster will award a $1000.00 U.S. Savings Bond to the overall points champion.
